ON THE AGENDA

On the Agenda, the official publication of the New York State Chiropractic Association, is a trusted communication channel distributed four times per year in March, June, September, and December.

Each issue is delivered by email to nearly 5,000 unique recipients, including licensed chiropractors, chiropractic students, and industry partners. This highly targeted distribution ensures advertisers reach a professional audience directly aligned with chiropractic practice, education, and industry engagement.

In addition to email distribution, each newsletter is published on the Association’s website, providing ongoing visibility beyond the initial send. The publication is also promoted through the Association’s social media channels, extending reach and increasing exposure to a broader professional community.

Together, these channels provide consistent, multi-touch visibility for advertisers within a trusted association environment.

Newsletter Advertising Specifications and Submission Guidelines

Multi-Edition Commitment

Multi-edition commitments are for the same advertisement to run in each edition. Payment for a multi-edition commitment is required in advance and must be paid in full at the time of booking. Installment payments are not available for multi-edition placements.

A 25 percent discount is applied to the total advertising cost for four-edition commitments, and is reflected in the pricing above.
