The 2025 Medicare Fee Schedule has been posted to the NGS Medicare website.
The Medicare Part B deductible in 2025 is $257.00
This year while the deductible has increased to $257 and premiums have increased for patients, reimbursement has decreased by approximately 2.93% across the board. This occurs as Medicare must remain budget neutral and as more procedures and services are added, monies must be reallocated. We are hopeful that Congress will intervene again this year as they did in past years to restore some of these cuts, as eventually this will not be sustainable for health care providers.
