Telehealth Bill Re-passed in the New York State Assembly

This just in! The Telehealth bill A7369 (Gottfried) / S7130 (Rivera) that would add chiropractors and several other provider groups to the list of those authorized to provide telehealth services in New York has passed the Assembly!

As you may recall, this legislation would make permanent the executive order provisions by ensuring that chiropractors are added to the list of healthcare providers authorized to utilize telehealth services.

Our lobbyists will now turn their attention to the Senate and look to secure passage in that house as well.
