The 2015 Medicare fee schedule has not yet been finalized. Once it is finalized, there will be a number of different fee schedules depending on your practice’s location, PQRS participation, and EHR/Meaningful Use participation. We will keep you informed as updates become available.

Availability of the 2015 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule Content:
On 11/13/2014, the Calendar Year 2015 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule (MPFS) final rule was published in the Federal Register. In order to correct technical errors, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is currently developing MPFS update files, including anesthesia and abstract files as well as the Ambulatory Surgical Center Fee Schedule files (ASCFS and ASCPI). CMS will deliver the updated MPFS files soon on the CMS mainframe.
In preparation for the revised 2015 MPFS, National Government Services has removed the prior version of the 2015 MPFS from our website, as well as discontinued printing hard copy disclosures of the old version of the 2015 MPFS. The updated 2015 MPFS will be available on our website as soon as directed by CMS. Hard copy disclosures of the updated 2015 MPFS shall be made available, upon request.
