NY Mask Mandate Update - 01/26/22

Earlier this week New York State's mask mandate was thrown into doubt when a judge In Nassau county ruled that the Governor did not have the authority to issue a mask mandate, temporarily rendering the mask order null and void.

On Tuesday afternoon, New York's appeals court issued a stay, effectively reinstating the mask mandate. As of now, the mask mandate remains in force.

In summary, all are required to wear masks indoors in public places  including Chiropractic offices, unless vaccination proof is required of all persons on the premises.

We will notify the members of any changes as soon as they become available to us.
