As you are already aware, the CDC federal mask mandate remains in effect for pre-K-12 schools, public transit, and healthcare settings in NYS.
Governor Cuomo has announced today that New York has hit a 70% adult vaccination rate. This means that effective immediately the social and commercial restrictions are lifted on all industries, including sports & recreation, construction, manufacturing, trade, child care, camps, food services, offices, real estate, buildings, agriculture, fishing, forestry, amusement & family entertainment, personal care services, gyms, retail, malls and movie theaters.

In April 2021, nominations for officers in the New York State Chiropractic Association (NYSCA) were closed resulting in an uncontested election. According to the bylaws of the NYSCA, an uncontested election is made official by the Secretary certifying the slate of candidates.
The votes have been tallied and election results are below. The results below represent terms from June 1, 2021 until May 31, 2023. We thank all who were willing to run for an elected position and look forward to the leadership of our Officers and Board members.

The New York State Department of Health has just released "Guidance for Facilities, Providers, and Local Health Departments Receiving COVID-19 Vaccine." Please note that chiropractors fall in outpatient care, which can begin receiving the vaccine in week 4, January 4, 2021.
