As health care continu es to be an economic burden, care delivery will be assessed by one word: va lue. For spine, these costs and expectations are not going to be an excepti on. The costs for treating chronic disease, and spine pain in particular ar e staggering. Chiropractic can be a valuable tool for providing cost-effect ive value based effective care, but it is an underused resource. Each spine specialty will likely be subjected to offering care which will be reimburs ed based upon the value it offers.
This is the second class for a com pletion certificate. The first 2-hour course will be presented at the NYSCA 2023 Spring Conventio n at Mohegan Sun. The attendee will understand the concepts and risks o f chronicity and the importance of trying to reduce the risk for chronicity .
