GRAND OPENING OF INTEGRATIVE HEALTH CENTER

On Thursday, September 18th, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., the public is invited to attend NYCC's grand opening of its new integrative Seneca Falls Health Center. NYCC President Dr. Frank Nicchi and New York State Senator Michael Nozzolio will officially perform the ribbon cutting dedication at 4:30 p.m., and a cocktail reception will take place immediately thereafter. The Seneca Falls Health Center is currently open for business. Unique in its blend of integrative offerings, the facility is truly impressive. The facility houses a large atrium style central waiting room, 13 spacious treatment rooms, a conference room, an x-ray suite complete with darkroom, hematology lab, four secondary waiting areas, and several doctors' offices. Healthcare services include chiropractic, nutritional counseling, acupuncture & oriental medicine, massage therapy, and beginning September 1, 2003 - medical services by physicians and a nurse practitioner. The Center accepts payment from all major insurance carriers and its hours are flexible, accommodating a wide variety of patients' schedules: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30 to 5:30, Tuesday from 12:00 to 8:00, and Friday from 8:30 to 4:00. Local radio personalities "Mike & Mary" of WNYR will interview attendees and doctors, and report the events as they occur through a "live" radio feed. In addition to the free cocktail reception following the ceremony, the grand opening will include free tours throughout the facility, as well as brochures and literature about acupuncture, chiropractic, massage, medicine and the various health center offerings. The Center is located on the NYCC campus on State Route 89 just off Bayard St.
