It is our pleasure to announce and formally invite you to participate in the NYSCA 2022 Spring Convention! We look forward to seeing you in person at our next live event to be held at Mohegan Sun!

We encourage you to arrive early for the Friday session to check in and visit with our event exhibitors.  Classes on Friday will be from 2pm-6pm and will offer up to 4CE, followed by our Welcome Reception. The Saturday session will be from 8am-6:30pm and will offer up to 8 credits, along with a banquet luncheon and dessert reception with sponsors and exhibitors. The Sunday portion will be from 8am-12pm and will offer up to 4 credits.

COVID-19 Policy: For this event, the NYSCA will be following the Mohegan Sun COVID-19 policy.  At present, Mohegan Sun has informed us that remote thermal temperature scan of all guests will be performed on entry, and anyone that presents with a temperature of 99.9 degrees or higher will be notified and requested to seek medical attention. They have also stated that it is mandatory for unvaccinated guests to wear masks unless eating or drinking. For fully vaccinated guests, masks are not required. However, due to the nature of this event and it being held in a large indoor public venue, wearing masks is recommended by the CDC.  It is possible that these policies may change prior to the event. All participants will be notified of any changes as they occur.

Cancellations: Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing and sent to [email protected] Refunds will be issued in the manner in which payment was received and will be subject to a 15% processing fee if received more than one week prior to the scheduled event. All postage fees are non-refundable. Cancellations within one week of the event will be subject to additional administrative fees. Please review our Convention Policy Statement for details.

The group code is NYSCA22.  The group rate is: Earth Tower Thurs 04/07/22 $154.00; Fri 04/08/22 $240.00; Sat 04/09/22 $295.00; or Sky Tower Thurs 04/07/22 $174.00; Fri 04/08/22 $260.00; Sat 04/09/22 $315.00. All prices are Single/Double + tax & gratuity. Room requests, such as King, Double, Smoking, and Non-Smoking are based upon availability and are not guaranteed. Mohegan Sun will make every effort to accommodate requests. The group rate is available until 03/24/22. Thereafter, reservations are accepted on a space and rate availability. Please note: Available inventory may sell out prior to cut off date. 

Pricing Notice: To qualify for member pricing, your membership with the NYSCA, New York Chiropractic Council, or American Chiropractic Association must be active and current. Members who have been licensed in New York for fewer than two years, student members, full time chiropractic college faculty, or members in practice over 50 years may qualify for additional discounts. Please contact our administrative office for more details.

Registration Deadline: Early registrations must be received with payment by 5:00 pm on 01/14/22. Afterward, standard pricing will apply. At-the-door pricing will apply for all mailed registrations postmarked after 03/25/22 and all online registrations completed after 5:00 pm on 04/01/22. FAXED REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

License Renewal: Continuing education credit (CE) is provided by Northeast College of Health Sciences. Pending for NY, PA, NC, FL. It remains attendees' responsibility to contact the state board(s) from which they seek continuing education credits for purposes of ensuring said board(s) approves both the delivery method and content as they relate to this event.
