The New York State Chiropractic Association has been busy preparing our response to the proposed NYS Workers Compensation Guidelines. Go to “Members Only” section to read our position paper on the NYS Task Force Proposed Guidelines and then read the NYSCA's alternative proposed guidelines developed by NYSCA members, The NYSCA guidelines have incorporated referenced literature to produce a fair, patient-centered guideline for the conservative management of work related spinal injuries.
The guidelines will be undergoing review by a panel of doctors experienced in guideline development -we want your input too! Send your constructive comments to me at mpennadc@verizon.net.
